really, ivan was not that bad at all here.... only thing i see was that he missed a triple saute de basque.... not too bad for being perhaps the only man in the world who performs triple sdb on stage regularly.... oh and his pirouettes were a bit weird...
Alexandrova is FANTASTIC, absolutely FANTASTIC, don't compare her to Osipova, don't blame her for Vasiliev's "unperfection" in this video, Osipova IS fantastic too, give Alexandrova some credit, her jumps are also GREAT and she has a lot of energy and fire, personaly, Alexandrova's my favorite Bolshoi ballerina (now that Osipova isn't there anymore) and her kitri is one of the best!

She's gorgeous...but I'd defenitely go for Osipova in this role...Alexandrova is not nearly as artistic and agile as she is. An Vasiliev is breathtaking of course.
Was Ivan injured? He seems to be a pretty good sport about it. I like when he sticks his tongue out after his failed triple saut de basque, and the interesting finish to his turns in second.

Yes, Vasiliev was truly "off". Alexandrova is perhaps the only one who could, and did, give Osipova a run for her money in this role.

7:23-7:24 ivan turns into a jazz dancer. ive never seen him mess up before, but he handled it well!!
