On my latest playthrough of 343 guilty spark,i was actually able to save 5 or 6 marines, normally i can only save 2 or 3 because most of the get killed in that mini canyon. I also think 2 of them got killed by a frag grenade.

I still remember the flood mission "Guilty Spark 343" When most your marines get totally destroyed. The most marines i could keep alive was about 6 the others got killed by infection forms. I dont think its fair how they just attach themselfs to them and never let go it seems like cheating but i guess thats the way that bungie wanted it.
