Hmmm, while we all remember George writing 'something' for her (which is umoured to be about his spirituality) everyone forgets 1968's while my guitar gently weeps - read the lyrics, maybe George was lonely in that relationship long before she was.

There's no evidence of Patty being a "star fucking whore". There is plenty of corroboration to her story that George was looking to stray, and did in fact profess to having a crush on Maureen Starr in front of Patti and Ringo, then was caught in bed with Maureen by Patti. She should've just stayed away from the manic depressive rock stars (Clapton was worse than George because he sometimes hit her).

The 60s absolutely transformed my life--as it did many millions of us. After poking around on google for more info about Harrison and Bangladesh concert, found info about him and Clapton and an interview with Patti, and appreciat her honesty/sharing what was going on. Am sorry to say that the comments by others here are incredibly shallow and not deserving of the depth of contribution all these people made to humanity.
