Times are changeing, Blizz wants WOTLK to be like the classic wow, with the scurge being the big bad buy now. Times are resorting back to its roots, the classes are more like the were pre BC for ex
Kind of.... They want it to be like Pre BC only in some ways. Difficulty of content and how easy gear is to get is one thing they changed. Grinding a whole summer or 3 months strait with no interruptions (like school) is what it would take to get the best DPS gear in the game from pvp. Sadly the game lacks now even tho every thing looks cool. Achievements blow BTW.
getting epics in WoTLK doesnt require that much effort.... unlike pre bc the bosses are easy and you can go into a pug not knowing anything and still kill some bosses... couldnt do that pre bc. thats why me and so many ppl i know who've played pre bc dont like WoTLK as much because its not real challenging

Well things are only gunna get worse in WotLK because of the whole 10/25 man option for most raids, content wont be special to see anymore, I definately missed out on the best of WoW. The only thing redeeming is Blizz did get something right with SWP becasue that apparently is a very good raid for boss encounters, I have heard fighting Mu'ru is very good and Ive watched KJ. I just want them tro get rid of the whole tank and spank and hopefully the reintroduction of Naxx will be a good start

40 were fun, i mean bc killed all good guild and now we have a bunch of scrub guild, 40 man raid kept big guild together, now it just a buch of 50 man guild, also i prefer 40 man raid, more ppl on vent more fun.
the major thing that ruined WoW from 60 raids to 70 raids, is the fact that all 70 raids are pretty much tank and spank. C'Thun compared to Illidan is just hillarious.
the BC just got retarted, the point of it was BT and they made it to easy to be the last raid of the game. very few guilds ever stepped foot into naxx, and now atleast 3-5 guilds per server have illidan on farm.wat wat dropped when u guys downed him?

Before i joined the guild that made this possible i was in a dead end guild that only cleared MC, ZG and ony. I told them i wanted to see content so one random day while farming in winterspring furbolgs a t2/t3 warrior befriends me and sends me a ginvite and i started seeing Bwl, Aq40 and eventually Naxx.
I still play today though as a lock and in a different guild, i still enjoy raiding but nothing will ever touch how legendary Naxx pre Bc Was and still is.
Nice, brings alot of memories back to me. I raided as a resto druid pre-bc from mc up to Naxx. The farthest my old guild got was half AQ40 and about Half Naxx. Cleared all of the Spider wing, all of the abomination wing, almost all of the Plague and Deathknight wing, the only bosses we did not kill/attempt was four hoursemen, loatheb ( heard he was such a c**k block), Sapph and Kel.
BC sux i hope they bring the fun back i WOTLK like pre BC had. BC is nothing but loot whores and /crying on forums about everything and anything, getting the best gear and making the most gold seems to be the only goal once you get ur 5k flying mount like did i got bored quick. As always would love to see an official pre BC dedicated server or 2.

Indeed. I lucked out. I landed in a decent, mature guild with a few of my at-school buddies (couple years younger than me, but fuck it), and so far so good. We're gonna start raiding soon, and I'm really pumped to run Naxx.
I Quit playing when BC came out. My guild was the furtherest into the game out of the oceanic realms cuz we had just cleared Thaddius and 2 other wings in Naxx. BC is such utter crap compared to Pre BC. Naxx was the hardcore shit, and some parts of AQ as well were pretty insane. Kel Thuzad looks like a much more complicated and insane fight than C'thun though
The raids pre tbc was much more organized and disciplined that the Tbc raids. No slackers or big inactivity. we were the real deal. My guild cleared the hole naxxramas within a period of 1 month and 12 days.
You're right on one part.. Pre BC required more organization and Naxx was and still is the best content in the game. However, you're wrong when you say that there were no slackers in Pre BC.. you could go to MC and have 1/4 of the raid paying attention and still clear the damn place. That's why 25 man content was introduced, to put more pressure on the individual to pay attention and do their class/spec specific job.
Kel'thuzad is like a Pre-TBC version of shade of aran but about a thousand times as hard. Also Naxx altogether makes BT look like a joke cuz the first bosses in each wing alone are about as hard or harder than Illidan, that a good enough explanation for you Lionhearthre? XD

Lol, I hit 5k as elemental in 25 man.
1. Lightning Bolt 4k non crit 8-9k crit (when trinkets prock 11k crit 9k non crit)
2. Chain Lightning 4k non crit 6k crit. (trinks 7k non 9k crit) 3.5 sec cd.
3. Lava Burst 11k - 14k should always have flame shock up.. (15k - 16k w/ trinks.) 8 sec CD

let see what bc raiding got better/ruined:
better: battle/guardian elixer are very ncie addition, give hybrid a way to get in raid
ruined: everything, they made everything so casual. (the elixer cap are nice too, less money more skillz)

40 were fun, i mean bc killed all good guild and now we have a bunch of scrub guild, 40 man raid kept big guild together, now it just a buch of 50 man guild, also i prefer 40 man raid, more ppl on vent more fun.

the major thing that ruined WoW from 60 raids to 70 raids, is the fact that all 70 raids are pretty much tank and spank. C'Thun compared to Illidan is just hillarious.

the BC just got retarted, the point of it was BT and they made it to easy to be the last raid of the game. very few guilds ever stepped foot into naxx, and now atleast 3-5 guilds per server have illidan on farm.wat wat dropped when u guys downed him?

it wont,apparently they are discontinuing all 40 man raids,but they are bringing back naxx for a change they did something smart,but now the game is goin into a new series,which will make pre-tbc be forgotten,and thats not gonna happen in my eyes

Before i joined the guild that made this possible i was in a dead end guild that only cleared MC, ZG and ony. I told them i wanted to see content so one random day while farming in winterspring furbolgs a t2/t3 warrior befriends me and sends me a ginvite and i started seeing Bwl, Aq40 and eventually Naxx.
I still play today though as a lock and in a different guild, i still enjoy raiding but nothing will ever touch how legendary Naxx pre Bc Was and still is.

used to play on a t2/t3 holy priest of a friend of mine pre-bc. They were raiding lots of Naxx. i really fell in love with it ^^
so later i got my own account, and when i was almost 60 bc came out, so i couldnt really enjoy to much of the pre-bc end game raids :S
wich i still pity. so played on pretty much private crap servers to see more of MC, Naxx and the AQ40/20
^^ now i found out Naxx will be back in WotLK
im more thrilled then ever before XD

Nice, brings alot of memories back to me. I raided as a resto druid pre-bc from mc up to Naxx. The farthest my old guild got was half AQ40 and about Half Naxx. Cleared all of the Spider wing, all of the abomination wing, almost all of the Plague and Deathknight wing, the only bosses we did not kill/attempt was four hoursemen, loatheb ( heard he was such a c**k block), Sapph and Kel.

BC sux i hope they bring the fun back i WOTLK like pre BC had. BC is nothing but loot whores and /crying on forums about everything and anything, getting the best gear and making the most gold seems to be the only goal once you get ur 5k flying mount like did i got bored quick. As always would love to see an official pre BC dedicated server or 2.

Indeed. I lucked out. I landed in a decent, mature guild with a few of my at-school buddies (couple years younger than me, but fuck it), and so far so good. We're gonna start raiding soon, and I'm really pumped to run Naxx.

I Quit playing when BC came out. My guild was the furtherest into the game out of the oceanic realms cuz we had just cleared Thaddius and 2 other wings in Naxx. BC is such utter crap compared to Pre BC. Naxx was the hardcore shit, and some parts of AQ as well were pretty insane. Kel Thuzad looks like a much more complicated and insane fight than C'thun though

The raids pre tbc was much more organized and disciplined that the Tbc raids. No slackers or big inactivity. we were the real deal. My guild cleared the hole naxxramas within a period of 1 month and 12 days.

You're right on one part.. Pre BC required more organization and Naxx was and still is the best content in the game. However, you're wrong when you say that there were no slackers in Pre BC.. you could go to MC and have 1/4 of the raid paying attention and still clear the damn place. That's why 25 man content was introduced, to put more pressure on the individual to pay attention and do their class/spec specific job.

Kel'thuzad is like a Pre-TBC version of shade of aran but about a thousand times as hard. Also Naxx altogether makes BT look like a joke cuz the first bosses in each wing alone are about as hard or harder than Illidan, that a good enough explanation for you Lionhearthre? XD

nice! i just did a full clear of naxx tonight with 40 70s. was still hard as shit, even though most of the players were in guilds farming hyjal/black temple. incredible respect for you guys. THIS is the hardest shit in the game ever made. fuck 2k rated arena team, this is the real shit.
