The inside is made out of 4 pvc pipes on each side, connected with a splitter in the center. (they make an X shape). The circular shape is made by winding hose around the ends and duct-taping them heavily to the X frame. Then connect the two together with more pvc pipe far enough apart so you can fit in it.

Then just attach yellow fabric over this frame, and use that black see-through costume mesh for the mouth so you can see where you're going.
