I thing this mass marketing of this needs to be stopped before it discredits the real message. I also find it very wrong that the teachings are so shallow. You cannot go from being in a negative vibration to a positive one without going through the motions. One goes from negative, to angry. Angry to frustrated on to hopeful and then to positive expectation and back down the scale. There is no jumping from one end of the spectrum and this is not taught in the secret.

Beckwith is a great sophist.. The way he expresed himself and the words he used did not come across to me as geniune. He thinks he knows but his demeanor tells me otherwise. He talks about his awakening as a child in another video but that does not qualify him as being "all that" and the fact that he endorsed "The secret" is a clear indication that his awakening leaves a lot to be desired......he should work more on humility.

I thing this mass marketing of this needs to be stopped before it discredits the real message. I also find it very wrong that the teachings are so shallow. You cannot go from being in a negative vibration to a positive one without going through the motions. One goes from negative, to angry. Angry to frustrated on to hopeful and then to positive expectation and back down the scale. There is no jumping from one end of the spectrum and this is not taught in the secret.

Gods way is about love and giving, caring for others instead of only yourself. The Secret teaches you to blame the poor for "attracting" their problems.

The Secret is not new, its old pantheistic beliefs dressed up and repackaged. The belief that there is a force/power we can tap into and use to change reality with our thoughts has been around for thousands of years. Its the basis of eastern mysticism, Wicca, pagan earth religions and is how Magick, spells and dark arts are believed to work. The woman behind The Secret Esther Hicks claims she learned it occultly by "channeling" a group of spirits collectively calling themselves "Abraham".

how could this be rude? its amazing!! there is no need to regect something, just because u dont understand it. i grew up in a non denominational setting, and surrounded by wild christians. i think christianity has fallen way off the deep end. dont judge a book by its cover. id reccomend looking into wallace d wattles more to get the whole picture. and check out 2 small books written over 100 years ago called: the science of getting rich and the science of being great! might help! god bless!!

but how could that be rude, if that is a bible passage? what version do you have? it sounded awesome to me!!! and i was raised in a christian home my whole life. there was nothing wrong with this video at all. thats what i like so much about the secret law of attraction and the discovery of wallace d wattles writtings, it is not talked about in church, yet we are all talking about the same God.
to me is shows what they have been teaching in church & what the modern christian has been taught.

Yes, I do have the Secret book and I like it, it is good and I also believe in Jesuschrist, but the Bible is tough sometimes, speacially the Old Testament and it has nothing to do with those two sciences , they are great, but hard to believe.

Name dropping, including the use of "science" and "heaven", is ridiculous. The joy I have in my life is due to nothing other than my personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ tells you to respect others as you respect yourself, this video is not telling you to stop loving him, it is only a point of view of getting what you deserve on life, i beleive in God but in the church, this guys are just talking about what you do is what you get as reward, with all the respect religion has been made by men who wants to control human being fulling us with tremors and painfull punishments, why do they ask for money when faith is free? I used to attend Agape a few years back, and it never struck me as a cult. I live in Ireland now, and the Catholic church seems like more of a cult than Agape ever was. Agape folk are ok. They jam on God and goodness and stuff, that's it. Can't fault it or Beckwith, myself.

People's negative comments are a reflection of their limited awareness of what life is really about. Theres a lot more to life than what we have up to now created for ourselves. The world would be a better place if we came from a place of respect and understanding of others (regardless of who those others are). Agape might be a cult but at least it is moving in the direction of goodness and greatness for all human beings. Know that you too are loved, whoever you may be in life.

Beckwith is a great sophist.. The way he expresed himself and the words he used did not come across to me as geniune. He thinks he knows but his demeanor tells me otherwise. He talks about his awakening as a child in another video but that does not qualify him as being "all that" and the fact that he endorsed "The secret" is a clear indication that his awakening leaves a lot to be desired......he should work more on humility.
