I've watched a couple hundred of these police chase videos, and I wonder why they don't shoot out the tires more often. I've seen many perfect opportunities just pass by that they didn't seem to even think about it.
at about 1:31 the officer's windshield starts to go all blurry as if it is raining. and then at 1:41 he turns on his windshield wipers and makes it worse which seems to have caused him to crash into the truck... it doesnt really look like it's raining though...
@TheAvenueK i would say brake fluid from where the first cop shot the tire. maybe hit the line and when the runner hit his brakes it shot out and spayed all over getting thrown up in the air. maybe
@TheAvenueK At the 1:27 mark you see it hitting his windshield. Then the wipers come on and it smears. It's probably gear oil from the rear end due to the rifle breaking something, or maybe brake fluid even.
I still don't understand (and no one has ever explained) the mentality of a person fleeing from police. I realize they want to avoid going to jail and all that... but really, do they ACTUALLY think they can get away??? How can anyone be that fucking retarded?! And why do they almost always keep running when the tires are gone and they're running on the rims, doing about 28 mph?? I mean, just where do they think they're going???
