Any help for a guy who just started throwing a fingertip ball? I can't get a nice accurate hook, I'm using an Ebonite Elevate 15lbs and I'm 19 any help would be appreciated :)

hey, i currently have a Columbia freeze 3000 that has worked well for me. but recently i haven't been able to get the ball to hook. i believe it's because i've put more velocity on the ball or the ball is died. but would a better ball be best to help with the look of hook?
@idontnoapassword The Freeze is in the entry level reactive performance category. Moving up to a mid or high performance bowling ball will definitely give you more hook than the Freeze.
Just wanna say thanks for the videos. I'm just starting to get more and more into bowling and these vids are great. Thanks for helping out people like me trying to get into the sport!
@Branchfrog You wouldn't believe how much of a difference it makes. Having a ball that fits your hand is one of the two most important things along with having your own bowling shoes. Bowling is all about consistency and repetition. If you don't have the same ball with the correct fit each time, you're not going to improve.
Must admit, when we go, we tend to use the exact same balls every time cause obviously the weight and the holes are the same. Also used the tip grip thing today and worked an absolute treat, hit a 175 on my second game with 6 strikes.
These are awesome guys, and great for the industry. For those of us that follow ballreviews, buddiesproshop, and you guys this is an awesome resource. Thanks for providing!

@idontnoapassword A nice step up would be the Storm Victory Road, Roto Grip Bandit, Brunswick Loaded Revolver, DV8 Reckless.

How much difference does it make using a public ball from the bowling alley itself and having your own?
