Jinshanling-Simatai Great Wall w/ Woodie Alan music

thanks. I hike from jinshanlin to simatai on on 19 june 09, in less than 4 hours. It was cloudy that day. I was 'con' to stop at a highway rest area, and had little bargaining power. The taxi driver charged my wife & me 320 yuan (inc entrance ticket of jinshanlin).

2, assurance - if your teenager can do it, why can't us

Everyone should do this hike if they have a day free in Beijing!

how long do you take to complete the hike? What is the distance?

Oops.. Never saw this.. It is about 11k hike.. I think it took us four hours. I forget.. My son was only 9 and it was very hot.. adults in good hiking shape could probably do it in 3 hours... Great, great hike.

Simatai Great Wall is probably the most breathtaking and amazing sections of the Great Wall to hike. Wonderful.
