@raceyfsx I think this is because you don't have the patch, try to patch with 1.0.4.0 patch and if that doesnt work try the 1.0.3.0, I had the same problem as you.

Having all settings on High and V.High causes memory errors where aprts of the city are blanked out. (On EVGA 8800GTS 512MB - G92 Core, Overclocked 775/2000/995 )

Solution: Buy a Video Card with 1GB+.

They are cheap nowadays. Decent HD4850 for $100 or less.

4770 are one of the cheapest cards around for a performance that is as good (sometimes better) than the 4850..plus lil bit of an overclock its worth the money =), its freakin' cheap
