  • Kieran i need advice, i love street dancing, but recently (2 months ago) i broke my wrist in two places and it feels so weak when im trying to do certain moves, its not quite right, any tips on how to strengthen it? Btw i absolutely adore you! you're so down to earth, and inspiration to everyone!:)Xxx

  • @LishaMarie96 I know im not kieran but some of the main ways to strengthen your risks would be: doing circular motions with your wrists both to the left and right and wrist curls both of them methods are both beneficial to help strengthen your wrists. Hope it helped :)

  • Hey Kieran im guessing all this conditioning exercises come from your background of martial arts and Parkour/Free running, there great exercises and im glad you are helping people realise that eating healthier and better makes your body better by the natural ways their hardly is now, but thanks again for posting. Your an inspiration !  PS: Loving the planche and hollowbacks :)
