I have some tubes of Daniel Smith oils and watercolors as well as their new watercolor sticks (which are really cool btw!) and I have to say that they are quite beautiful. When using their PrimaTek colors, it's immediately apparent that they use very high quality minerals. They have a luminosity and character that is entirely different than synthetic pigments. These are really gorgeous paints. <3 Daniel Smith (and no, I don't work for them. I just appreciate well made art materials.)
