To clear things up, this song is only on TLaD if you downloaded it from the Xbox Marketplace, if you bought it as part of the Episodes from LC disk, it's not on there.

That's because it can only recognise the song when you're actually playing The Lost And Damned. When you're playing as Niko, it's the other episode, and therefore it can't recognise any Lost and Damned songs.
