I want to be able to hear everything around me when im running so if i am in any immediate danger from traffic or barking dog i want to beable to hear it.
Ive never been in any danger in the 34yrs ive been running and i do not want to block out all noise around me.

There are a tiny minority of motorists who due to envy that they are unfit enough to take part in regular excercise try to intimidate runners or joggers by either sounding their horn or shouting abuse or both.

You will not see of the race winners at the big city marathons wearing them because if they did they would be disqualified FULL STOP
