this looks great, im gonna try it next weekend for a little party im having. Thanks a lot! Btw, can you post some recipes dealing with chicken or beef recipes? I usually just substitute the shrimp or pork for that because my kids are scared to try either shrimp or pork! lol.
@17jtk You got me...We cut the video just before I screamed in pain and ran to the sink to run my face under the faucet. ;-) Cooking the chicken breast down in the wok does soak up a lot of flavor. The best thing though, is that the breast meat is very very juicy because it's cooking in the juices. Thanks for your comment, question...and for watching!
@bucketOhead23 Oh yes! You might want to thin it a little bit with soy sauce though. Give it a try and let us know how it comes out. Thanks for watching!
I tried the marinade on some drumsticks and thighs....but I used it as a sauce instead.
I made a brine to marinade overnight, then when the chikn was about halfway cooked.........I hit it with a modified version of your marinade. I cutback some of the honey and added lemon juice.
@MalarticCommentarys Usually it's fat or oil that makes things burn on the grill. Sweet things like honey, maple syrup, and sugar usually create a kind of glaze when BBQing. Have you had things burning? Thanks for your question and for watching!
Love your posts -- you have a pleasant presence, a good cameraman, and yet it feels like watching one of my parents' friends host a cooking show. As soon as I get access to a charcoal grill again, I'll try this one out!
Bro. These videos are awesome. And you have a good voice for this, lol.

Don't lie to me. I know you burned your tongue at the end. haha
Thanks for the recipe, I'll give her a whirl. Does the chicken soak up a whole lot of the flavor of the marinade in that short of time?
