I think its supposed to be at the very beginning of episode 14 and I think that the phone call must be from the nursing home telling Meredith to come down as Ellis has woken up lucid. Also the next deleted scene is from the end of ep14.

sounds like it was right before don't sound so close to me cuz the scenes before it were 308, and the blog person said that they had to cut the VO because they cut the scene at the beginning, and she could be going in to check on ellis.
