Arlene wasn't a very bad storm. It was nearly a hurricane when it made landfall in the Western Florida Panhandle. Prior to landfall, its outer rain bands brought some locally heavy showers to the Southern Florida Peninsula (mainly Florida Keys however). Bret was even less damaging. It was barely even a tropical storm in Northeastern Mexico. Cindy was more or less like Arlene, just more to the West. However Dennis was another story. It caused lots of damage to parts of the Caribbean and US.
