@virgiledusud uhmmm... really ?.... you really think that's what I should do ?... really ? really really ??? Oh man... thanks so much for this awesome idea... Are you looking for a job ? Thanks for this consctructive answer !
@Aleziss I would suggest you speak to your local crestron reseller (or if you do not have a local reseller call Crestron and they will refer you to the nearest qualified dealer) The solution for Systems that are running RGBHV to all locations may be a product like HDFury(non crestron) to enable your RGBHV products to become HDCP compliant when an HDMI cable is inserted. You may need to amplify the signal beyond that of which the product can currently output, (extron Distribution amplifiers?)
@Aleziss I would also suggest that any integrator that provided you with only rgbhv or mini hi-res rca to each room location was very short sighted and i would avoid using them in the future unless their stance on technology has changed since your initial installation. I have always suggested additional wiring to all of my clients, as we all know technology changes and retroactively installing cabling is more costly than the cost of pre-wiring for future technology
@periodictable2 thanks for the reply... I was just wondering if crestron was thinking about their onw rgbhv to hdmi solution. I've found some other brand that seem to have such a conversion boxes. Thanks again for the input.
Does crestron has a solution when the analog installations were done using RGBHV or RGB mini rca cable instead of cat5 ?

@Aleziss yes, remove it and run cat5 :)
seriously.
