okay well the run cyvle and the walk cycle are no so fluid but its a really good idea, rendering, rigging, camera settings, etc.

Thanks for your comments. In response to the lens bluring and the neon effects it was easy achieved with compositing nodes. I've learned a great deal of it with the Creature Factory DVD from Blender Foundation.
