its this trailers fault i didn't see this film for so long after. it took me until i heard mark kermode's review of it to actually compelled to watch and discover how absolutely amazing it is. definitely one of the best psychological thrillers of the decade. truly truly terrifying

This film is in a league of its own. It's just so...different. And I love it. Michael Shannon gives an intriguingly intense performance, and Ashley Judd gives raw, realistic, in-your-face performance.

This is a great example of a good movie that was ruined by a horrible advertising campaign. Lionsgate should be ashamed of themselves for not watching this film before hand, where they would see that the film is dark romantic thriller and not a sci-fi horror about flesh-eating bugs.

Just saw this- 100% pure crap. It doesn't probe anything or blur any lines. The plot is totally predictable; the lines are retarded; and then they set themselves on fire. ...wtf? Off the chart beneath my expectations. I can't believe Ashly Judd agreed to this role. I honestly wish I hadn't seen this but, I'm glad I only wasted my time and not my money.
