hah, I really do wish you were my chemistry teacher.

  • DO IT!

  • I wish you were my chemistry teacher.

  • Be my chemistry teacher!

  • im watching this because we just spent 4 weeks on stoichiometry and I had no idea what was going on. This helps so much.

  • This was so revolutionary that I did a triple backflip. Thanks a lot!

  • you do it!

  • i have been trying to learn this for 4 months and you taught it to me in 4 minutes. you are my new best friend :D

  • You taught me more in 2 mins than my teacher does in 2 days. Tyvm, had to watch this because my test is tomorrow lol

  • Please replace my chem teacher!

But how would you figure out how many moles of an element are needed to react with (x) amount of moles of another element?

  • Epic teacher!! YOU DO IT!

  • Lol this is me studying for my Chemistry Exam, Im screwd

  • YOU DO IT.

  • Striking resemblance to weird Al, but you gotta love this guy

  • hi i am in AP Chemistry as a junior in high school and i have a question that i need help with it reads "a white powder is analyzed and found to contain 43.64% phosphorus and 56.36% oxygen by mass. The compound has a molar mass of 283.88 g/mol. What are the compound's empirical and molecular formula's?" i could really use any help anyone gives me because i need to know if i am doing these right i have a test tuesday over problems like this you can message me if you can help THANKS !!!

  • Great teacher

  • thank you so much you might juat have saved my life im haveing a realy hard time in chem, right now thank you

  • Lol funny teacher

  • 12 people didn't get it :/

  • you make me say yes to chemistry thank you bananaiscool

  • haha thank you i will now not fail my chem final my teacher is awful at teaching this

  • Suddenly stoichiometry doesn't seem so scary anymore...

  • DO IT!

  • Why cant you be my chemistry teacher!!!!

  • Far out, Americans teach Stoichiometry so much better than Australians... Our teachers make it so much harder than it is :/

  • @Ontioro More accurately...Canadian!

    Chemguy

  • I learned more in these 4 minutes than I have in the past 2 weeks in Chemistry at school. This man is my hero!

  • DO IT! lol dude youre awesome! you just earned yourself a subscriber!

  • Amazing! Keep making awesome vids!!!

  • i love how this looks like this guy was just chilling in his house, and was like you know what. Ima make a video about stoichiometry. boom. thanks for the video

  • Thank you for making it clear!

  • Thank u(: keep up the good work!

  • You rock man!

  • Sir, you are the reason why I got an "A" on my chem test when I was in high school.

  • Dude, you are possible one of the best teachers out there, you have helped me out in chemistry so much! every time I get stuck, I look you up on youtube :D

  • That's good teaching but can you do Theoretical and Percent Yield Problems?

  • You are awesome for doing this! My chemistry teacher is terrible and it's the only class I'm having some trouble in.

  • thanks for the help

i wish you were my chem teacher :)

  • The question is asking for moles, but why are we looking for grams?

  • "meh I don't want to do it"," you do it!"

  • I don't really like chemistry but i will get an A no matter what. Thank you very much for helping.

  • isnt x10 to the negative 2?

  • Sorry if this is a dumb question. How does 1 mole of KCl cancel out 2.6 moles of KCl in the equation?

  • you're actually really cool and make learning this stuff kinda exciting, thanks !

  • YOU DO IT!

  • Haha

  • YOU Do IT,

    hahah

  • 1:59 lol

  • You da man!

  • thank you soo much! this helped:)

  • do you have a anything for gar stoichiometry? stoichiometry that deals with 22.4 L instead of finding out the numbers of moles for a substance? (hope that made sense)

  • Your energy is contagious, this is great! Instead of trying to learn in my classroom with a teacher who has a very monotonous put-you-to-sleep voice and huge fluorescent lights sucking the lively spirits outta everyone, I can just learn from you, on you tube :D

my chem teacher just cant teach!

    thanx for the video!;0

  • thank u!!!

  • you are the patrickjmt of chemistry :]]]]]

  • I am taking a college course in General Chemistry 1 and even I love stoichiometry and understand it pretty well, this helped out even more. Thanks :)

  • STOIchiometry

  • You are a great teacher!

  • great video, thank you for posting.

  • Why is chemistry difficult for me? I'm a physics major and I can handle the the physics, the calcs, and even diff. eq. fairly easily but when it comes to chem I just have a hard time.....

  • @gvsfgdf But don't give up! Keep at it and you'll get better! We all do!

    Chemguy

  • @gvsfgdf you are not the only one. For some reason,I find chemistry extremely difficult.

  • @gvsfgdf lol, im good at bio and chem but horrible in physics

  • 1:58 DO IT

  • Thank you so much. I'm going into IB Chem

and I forgot how to do this for the summer

    assignment.

  • THANK YOU!

  • Good lesson but what do you do with the AgN03 and the KN0? Why are they ignored?

  • Every single Chemistry teacher I've ever seen has a moustache

  • This guy is great!!! 'Just do it'...too funny (and true).

  • i love your energy

    :D

  • this helped me A LOT!

    i actually like it.

  • it made sincee yay haha :P

  • great vid helps for my final

  • YOU STILL GOTTA DO IT!

  • 2:01 made me laugh but over all you helped me a lot thank you

  • @bannanaiscool I don't get why it would be three. Wouldn't it become three sig figs if you put a period after the trailing zero?

  • @vandepu93 Yep, though it depends where you learned/teach this. But you're right!

    Chemguy

  • 2:01 lawls haha thanx so much

  • what if i put 370 g AgCl instead of the scientific notation? 370 has 2 sig digs, and how would i know to put a scientific notation or not?

  • @kewlaznviet4eva Good question. Here in Alberta, the 370 could be looked at as 3 sig digs. If you were asked for two, I'd put it in SN right away.

    Chemguy

  • Oh My Goodness. Thank you thank you thank you so very much!!!!!

  • Thank you! This made a lot of sense.

  • Thank you. Finally a good explanation. "But I don't want to do it - DO IT!"
