Dude, cars are a tool of self expression. It's all about the driver. One car that may appeal to someone, may not to someone else. And just because a car doesn't have a reputation for being a fast, popular car doesn't mean it can't bring it's owner joy. I love my 03 Vibe, most dependable and versatile car I've ever owned, and it still gets compliments after 8 years and 205k miles.

If i own a geo metro and engine swap, turbo it out, im sure it will be fast and all.. but it is guaranteed that people will laugh at me same as I did to this video
I'm sure that is oil smoke coming out the exhaust....my '02 Prizm with 1ZZ-Fe VVt uses it's share of oil....oil control rings bad,,, factory defect, bad design....whatever....125 miles a quart.....135k miles.....oh, it runs like a scalded dog when all sensors are working right...

vibe gt beats a base w/turbo on power and performance. however, if you want to look into turboing any vibe, The GT IS a celica GTS, the base is a celica GT or plain celica.
also matrix xrs or matrix base and corrola xrs or corrola base for 2003-2007 models and 2000-2005 celica gt and gts. the 2000-2002 celica has throttle cable while 2003+ has drive by wire servo controlled throttle. the matrix vibe corrola all have drive by wire.
yeah, his rings are probably bad, the blue smoke is unburnt oil escaping into the exhaust or something like that. My friend's integra had the same problem, his valve seals were bad so he got some oil blow-by. and his rings were worn too. better get that stuff looked at bro..
if it was running through the turbo it wouldnt escape through the exhaust it would be burnt before it could escape. UNBURNT oil slips by the piston rings and valve seals, and creates blue smoke by escaping INTO the exhaust, and then is burnt upon its exit out of the exhaust.
