False, maxed players do have much better communication and are higher on the priority list for player moderators. I have several maxed mod friends that have also said that they do get leaked future updates, or at least very detailed hints, on the maxed forums. Good job lieing to all your viewers.

Standard player reports never get through to JAGEX, go to world 18 and at edgville bank you will see 'JustDrinkTea' i see him everyday botting fruit bat, reported him numerous times and JAGEX don't do a thing..
