After asking a few questions of increasing detail I finally figured it out that the customer was staring at a DVD menu.
@hadyndickson well "technically" the whole PC/Mac thing refers to the days when things were either "PC Compatible" or for Macintosh. It has nothing to do with what the letters P.C. stand for. You are probably too young to know about this, which might also be the reason for your attempt at sounding witty or smart. Search for "PC Compatible" on wikipedia.

@7CellarDoors Actually her answer is correct. The logical "or" is the inclusive disjunction, not the exclusive one ("xor"). Roy should know this as an IT guy.

Was just reading on this, and you have to admit it's an easy mistake (see wikipedia: Channel_4#Conception). Channel 4 came before BBC4, as the 4th channel offered. My bad.
@elementalguy2 To be fair, some Channel 4 stuff ends up on BBC America over the pond, so you can see where the confusion can come from. No idea if this was ever broadcast on BBC America, but I know a few C4 programmes have been in the past.

Umm it's not BBC Channel 4, it's just Channel 4 as it's not owned by the BBC hence the adverts in its programs.
