Daffy won because of Elmer kept shooting and the rabbit hole that Bugs wasn't even in.

Bugs let daffy win and went on vacation.

For some odd reason, these specials were supposed to tie-in with the Superbowl, and were aired around the same time. Before Slyvester Vs. Tweety there was also a Tom vs. Jerry, and the year before that was The Stupid Bowl, a marathon of 2 Stupid Dogs.
