Instead of displaying, "Caution: risk of epilepsy with this video", I recommend for you to display ..... "Caution, this video may cause seizures".
For everyone who has epilepsy, there's just a small amount of people who do have seizures triggered by what they see (flashing lights or colors). However, there are people who have not had any history of seizures and have not been diagnosed with epilepsy, yet.
