the farthest ive hit is about 420, measured. the field we have has a basketball court in left field that is exactly 410 feet from home plate and i hit it about 10 feet in. it was in batting practice but ive hit them pretty far in games too. plus im only 18 so if i choose to keep playing (im not playing this year) i will be pretty good when im older.

It comes down to brute strength. I like to think that my mechanics are good, and he still has a shitload of distance on me. That's why he gets paid to do what he does.

Also, your beloved Anderson bat company does make a USSSA bat in the Matrix model. Now it is composite, unlike your godly aluminum bats so you might not be able to use it properly, so leave it to the professionals and enjoy your time on the bench in your church league.

Mechanics are excellent, but it's the strength that gains the extra 60 ft.
If most sb hitters had his mechanics they'd be able to put balls out in league play.
I'm 5'6' and routinely hit it out and it's 90% mechanics 10% bat.
