You should work out more. End of story. If you can't loosen the lugs then there are two issues. You're two weak and/or you don't have the proper leverage. An air gun won't simply over-tighten lug nuts, it will strip them and the wheel stud. If the lug nut and wheel stud are not stripped, you can get them off, weakling.
