  • You are a total plonker mate. As if the sport is not gay enough already, you have to clown around popping mono's like a bell-end.

  • whats the point?

  • What the hell is going on at 0:48? Why'd the boat come out of the water like that?

  • I think it has some sort of foil built into the bottom of the canoe.

  • Amazing!!!!

  • i do like it though, and it would make touring more of a concord experiance than the regular banana boat drag..sight seeing is much more palletable when you havent been staring at the same sight for hours that doesn't seem to get closer(like the infinate horizon) this looks like it offers you an efficiency reward for your efforts if you reach and stay within the performance belt.whats it like in waves, and could you split the rear foil into a trike for stability? :¬)

  • interesting concept and performance...though i wonder what is the most desirable aspect ,the kayak or the hydro plane? reason is that as soon as the kayak body raises up,the hydro plane is the primary source of floatation and the kayak itself...is it still a desirable attachment?....could sitting on a water ski alone with a bike saddle and forward footrests cut to the point quicker..an aeroplane is better than a flying boat if the boat aspect is superfluous to reqirement.

  • hoho wont they need a longer shaft? i mean yeah its fast and its cool but when it sorta "lifts off", dang your catch would be ridiculously small wouldnt it.

  • No really, that's great.......

  • no its not holmann, its peter ribe

  • it's holmann? :O

  • The guy at 1.40 speaks norwegian :0

I think i know who he is...

    Nelo ftw ;D

  • Zootube, i still have a hunter, it has no convex lines an dis a dog to paddle, i think you are thinking of a earlier struer boat. called the fighter, there are still one or two floating around.

Who makes the rules anyway, who benifited but the latest rule changes, no one. did not change anything apart form people having to buy new boats to stay cometitive

    zola

  • omg i mean thats pretty sick....but i really disagree with replacing Kayaks with flyacks for compitition....it juss takes away the entire chalenge

  • maybe not the entire challenge, but ever hear of a boat called the hunter? or often called the tulip boat?

that was banned because if you didn't have a hunter, you would loose.

thats why the "no convex angles" rule exists on K1's

  • I have to admit that this makes for a bit more exciting sport though. For that matter this may pose a larger technical challenge when it comes to quickly getting on to a plane, and physically everyone is still going to paddle just as hard.

They'll just go that much faster.

But hey, I race sailboats so what do I know.

  • Obvio.

    Saludos !!!

  • desde YA no so nreglamentarios :-D

  • no no
