i cant use safe mode, everything closes, i cant use tskmanager. and when i try to go into any of the three safe modes, it unsuccssfuly starts . so i cant do anything. please help

I did the task manager then and it went away... but afew days later it came back again... should I try it again?

yes u shud but this time, try to find the files that are associated with system security. by searching for it then delete it. it will go to your  recycle bin then delete it from ur cpu. i highly recommend u delete what ever file u downloaded before the virus attacked.

try this as soon as u log in run yo task manager find it under processes. it will be the one of the biggest number of memory usage end its process!(do it with great haste.cuz it wil terminate task manager.if don't do fast enuff log off and log back in n try it over)

i tryed to do it, i cant get it fast enough. i get to proceces but from there it closes. i cant do it that fast, i also tryed to search, i found the dll files but program is still there when i deleted them

yes then it from the recycle bin. after that u shud have time to run task manager next time u log in and end its process.

Well tbh its like impossible to use task manager cause when you click on it u have to have incrdibly fast fungers to get it

If you didn't Uninstall it, it is still on your computer. If you didn't run Malwarebytes' Anti-malware or clean the left overs of it you need to do that

idk, i just put the icon in the recycling bin, emptied the recycling bin then went to windows task manager and went to processes and quit the process and it never showed up again.

Here is an easy way to get rid of anyth9ing pretty much permanantly..

Hold down shift then right click on the icon then delete! You'll get a slightly different message than the regular delete thing. Finally, you click yes on the thing and the things deleted forever!
