  • You are right... you just need to tweak your food a bit - it looks like the exercise is definitely there, and I love the fact that you are working out with your family!

    Yep, I went wrong with the salads at Paneras, too large of portion! I was way over my calories that week. This week is good though, I fixed it. :)

  • nothing loss is still better than gaining. I only lost half a pound my first week.  Keep up the good work.
