I also know there are corrupt cops in Nottingham A work colleague had a car virtually up his back end, trying to goad him into going faster so he could be nicked by the cop sorry corrupt cop in his unmarked car.After pulling the colleague over for allegedly going over on amber(perfectly safe to do so), he said he would be getting a summons in the post.Until the corrupt cop realised that he had been filmed from a camera on one of the buses that the colleague drives! He heard nothing more.

They find you guilty by any means possible,concealing or distorting evidence,telling lies under oath etc, SAFE in the knowledge that innocent people cannot afford the RIDICULOUS hourly rates of their MATES who organise the appeal process.They keep cancelling the court hearings to waste your time and put you off.ORDINARY people are just an easy source of REVENUE to fund their expensive lifestyles, and the real villians don`t pay the fines and get `community service`.THE LAW IS A CORRUPT ASS.

I agree with you 100%. It's basically an old-boy network of rats. The defence lawyers, prosecutors and judges are all chums behind the scenes, out to make money, enjoy the odd power-kick, and meet the performance-related conviction targets whilst doing as little work as possible and not bothering to play by the rules, give people fair trials, or uphold human rights.

They view the defendants almost as a sub-species, and feel no empathy or guilt for their emotional suffering.

must've been pretty rude to serve time in the pen for a text message... seems like it would've been more threatening than rude to receive such harsh punishment... but again, anything is possible now days.

tootoo001,thank you for your interest.The PROBLEM with people like YOU is that DON`T want people to work out issues, just accept the CORRUPTION and pay the fines.Well,the corruption is now so obvious that people should act against it.I did 35mph in a 30 on an empty MAIN road, the police distorted the evidence,the court fined me heavily,and the Magistrates won`t reveal their identity to allow an appeal.Look at my other clipsfor proof of negligence and corruption within Birmingham.Have a nice day.

I agree with you denny - all these cameras are for is to get money from people. I've noticed also that cameras are often on bends and at the bottom of a hill - seems crafty to me.

I have just been the victim of abuse of police power. My friend and i were searched and then subsequently arrested on a falsce charge. CCTV will show the police were lying at every stage. I decided to fight them rather than take the easy option of a penalty notice. I was told to turn up at court on 24 hours later, and that the police would turn up.

Not only did the CPS not produce the papers and neither did the police officer turn up. My case has been adjourned for 7 days.

Without the CCTV it will be my word against them. I am worried that this material will disappear. I just want justice done, and I have made my complaint to the IPCC and my local MP. I can't afford an expensive brief and my family are stressed and worried.

Any advise out there would be much appreciated.

PS. with regards to the cameras, oh man what a con..!

Get every piece of evidence you can. My ex tried to rape me (and ABH or GBH) and was helped by the police at every stage - I can only speculate as to why they helped him. The photographic evidence disappeared twice and luckily I had my own which I was able to supply them with yet it wasn't produced at court.

His solictor treated me like the criminal.

I was called a liar.

My 10yr old witnessed the incident and gave a video statement.

He received community service which he didn't complete.

similar situation to my gf. She was awarded £10 compensation for a horrible attack that the guy admitted to. He got community service too.

So 240hrs community service to the state and £10 to the victim?

I finally got a 36month injuction which no one told me existed - I was being harrassed daily at my home. When I finally found out, I had witnesses on one occasion and called the police - it was in a public area too. The police deliberately lied and said there were no witnesses.

The magistrate finally wrote to me basically saying it was my word against the word of my ex and nothing would be done.

I wrote back giving names of the witnesses. I sent the letter by recorded delivery

To date I have never had a reply, yet I know it was received.

At one point the police were aware and witnessed that my ex was driving a car with false tax on the windscreen. (the car was a vauxhall yet had a ford tax with wrong reg)

yet they told me there was nothing they could do even though he was driving it on the public road.

My ex was probably 'helping them with their enquiries' as they often refer to people who inform and receive payment.

You my friend need to get a job and stop try to work out other issues, May I sugest you seek so kind of medication for your need to travel around birmingham with a camara trying to lay blame. how about you don't speed, and just get on with your sad lonely life
