Terranigma is one of the single best games I have played on the Super NES. Pity it was never released NTSC/US, it is a really REALLY amazing game, actually tops Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IV on my personal best SNES games list.

These come to my mind after listening to this nostalgic music:

Crysta, Louran (1st time when you follow a girl in the desert into it (Mirage version)), Taklama (1st time before you get the instructions from the Nomads & Louran reveals it's true form), Nomads, Penguina, Caravan, Storkolm, Dragoon Castle (after destroyed).

Definitely the best music for a peaceful town in an RPG. Terranigma is my favourite RPG of all time.

A classic SNES favorite. (for a 16-bit game, this is outstanding work!)

I really doubted that Quintet could overpass the magical Illusion of Gaia, but when I had the oportunity of put my hands on this game I could feel a shock that art in the game cover transmited to me.

Was a exhibition of charism, magic and emotive sensations. That game is today in mi top 5 of the best games that I have played in all the times.

Snes. It's a pretty good game. Next in a series of game which started with Soul Blazer, went to Illusion of Gaia (US title) and then Terranigma...

you're right. this really was/is an awesome game. :] i love to play it every now and then.

the best thing i like about it, is that it doesn't just show the happy fun times and a tiny fight inbetween which some rpgs like to present.

there's intrigues, lies, moral questions - partly very heavy ones and some twilight moments.

oh, and not to forget an all in all good story and the fun of sidequests xD

i loved this game , it was the final chapter of a truly epic saga. Full of wonder , full of charm. For every answer you got , 10 new mysteries rose up.

Even through terranigma was the best , my favourite was illusion of gaia.

the sound reminded me of snes 'Earthbound' theme when your in Ness home. I haven't completed this game but can say it was weirdly made. I like the world map song better. the towers music gets kinda annoying after awhile. The fighting in the game is combine with illusion of gaia and secret of mana. Its really fun if your an old school gamer or hardcore.
