@SolarSkittles I got the hat at a bridal shop at a deep discount. A lot of times bridal shops will have discontinued hats or hats that just won't sell & you can get them for cheap! I believe I got this hat for $10. I placed the glue in the front so the ribbon would not slide while trying to place it evenly then i placed a spot of glue on the back so it would stay. Where did you get the base hat? And did you glue all of the blue ribbon around it, or did you just wrap it around and glue in one spot?
