  • Hey thanks so much for making this video. You're probably the perfect person ask. I live in Canada and I've been wanting to ask someone this. I have items to sell but something I don't understand is how to know how much to put on your listing for shipping before the sale in Canada? Plus, do you have to find a box and package your item beforehand in order to come up with the shipping charge? How do you go about getting boxes living in Canada? Thanks so much!

  • thanks for the info you are a life saver btw you look beautiful are u single lol anyway thanks so much for the info

  • Thanks for putting this up! I Really couldn't have done it without you!!

  • do you charge for the package in your post costs

  • Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have the gift of teaching. You say it simply and you keep it short and to the point. You don't combine ego, which most poeople do. That is why most tutorials take so long, are so complicated, and you still have no clue what is going on after you listen to them. This is a big big help!

  • how do you add a tracking number?

  • @obiwashere It's callled "shipping confirmation" and you get it when you're sending your item at the post office. Save the slip they give you, then when you go online next, go into your eBay account and mark the item as shipped. Then it gives you the option of adding a tracking number--the buyer will get an email with that information. I don't think you can add the charge for the shipping confirmation into the shipping calculator (it's less than a dollar), so it's best to build that

  • @obiwashere (and the cost of the envelope) into your item price, or just use a Flat Rate and estimate the shipping cost, including packaging and shipping confirmation. Or, it an be a good strategy to just offer free shipping, and build all costs into the listing price.

  • thanks. very helpful overview!

  • heyyyy heyyyyyyy can you please update, that section is no longer availble

  • I have a serious question, where can I get a box that will fit a guitar? And how much will it cost to ship it? And where can you take it to ship? How much would you charge for shipping a guitar?

  • I have a question can I use a diffrent evelope that is for shipping instead of the one at post office.how much do they charge for each ounce

  • WTF I can't find that!
