  • This is great stuff. I know for fact that this type of intervention is happening in many, many schools with benefits.

  • great examples...every one in the world should know heartmath...people in far east have practiced things like this for thousands of years it works :)

Thank you for your question. Freeze-Framer (now called emWave Desktop) is a product created by HeartMath. The emWave Desktop is a scientifically validated hardware/software system that teaches techniques to help you create an optimal state in which the heart, mind and emotions are operating in-sync and balanced. To learn more about emWave Desktop and the Institute of HeartMath please visit our website. Take care!

  • Freeze Framer and HeartMath is the same?

  • This is such a wonderful tool and students definitely benefit from practicing coherence. The sooner they learn this basic practice the better. Same goes for adults. It's an easy way to learn and practice relaxation breathing and to understand some of the basic science behind this. Long live the heart!

  • @snowycloud

It's called coherence, or the balance between your breathing and your heart. It teaches you how to achieve more levels of relaxation and in turn strenghten your heart rate varibility, which is connected to emotions and thoughts.

  • These students were taught Quick Coherence and Shift and Shine. The kids were using the Freeze Framer which is now called emWave PC or emWave Mac.

  • I thought this was a really great video. I am a teacher just starting to do biofeedback with some of my students and I am very impressed with what you folks have done. Thank you!
