@DedanZumbi he said it's splenda, but i think he's actually holding a pink packet of sweet'n'low (saccharin,) which is not as bad as either aspartame or splenda. btw, splenda doesn't contain aspartame. splenda is a sugar molecule part of which has been substituted with chlorine. aspartame is a combination of 2 amino acids, 1 of them in its methylated form. they do both use wood alcohol in their production, though.

...sigh...I've been doing research...and I believe at your age, that diet is very unhealthy...but maybe when your older...there was actually parents arrested for child abuse for making their child a vegan...and the child suffered from bone deficiency because of the lack of calcium that is needed...but when you hit the age of 16 or 17 and up, till a certain age of complete oldness.
