obviously when in mid shipping a worker was curious about the case and fucked around with it. That would explain the scratches, the bent clip and the destroyed foam protector. Possible the guy shot the case and put a hole in the foam. The rust could also be explained by getting wet and being put back in the case to rust. I would investigate. BTW sick ass gun xD
