Just got Back from Ireland. Beautiful country, awesomely cool people. Took a day or so to get used to the roads. Lots of fun when you get the hang of it. Prefered country driving to town/city.
Yes the roads are very narrow,lane,the irish rules of roads are funny,the irish drivers are EXREMLY slow without any knowledge how to drive,seems like they affraid to drive,they don't feel their own car,irish drivers are sleeping on roads that makes me angry and i don't know why they have a right to hold anyone up in trafic?So you Americans are not alone who laugh about it,the all nations of the world is just laughing at Ireland.The point is that anyone can drive in Ireland without serious test.

Don't hate the country hate the driver...and I know that road. It's on the way to Ballyvaughan. Dangerous road to speed on. lol @ the end tho!
