Can't remember what rule it is but if the locomotive bell on the lead locomotive is not working and can't be fixed, then the bell on the trailing locomotive must be played until the bell is fixed. Maybe that's what happened here.

You captured such an awesome sight that I, along with many, have not seen once. Trains have always had a romance and mysteriousness about them, and this scene captured every single bit of that. Great job Ryan!
