I haven't seen anyone mention the song title translation. "Lane moje" means "My young deer". It sounds sweet in the Serbian language but it's really silly in English.

difference in Serbian and Croatian language is same as in American English compared to British ... yet either side will claim how their language is so different which is in fact so petty .... After the war they had they both sides tried to distance themselves, creating imaginary differences that are not really there .... Croats even started inventing new words (known as Tudzmanice)

i dont speak or understand serbian at all but i do like this song in serbian better than in english. theres just something about it in serbian that makes it a lot more poetic and beautiful. you guys really do have a beautiful language and culture.

There is no problem, the thing is - 3 nationalites, 3 republics, 3 religions but, funny fact, the SAME LANGUAGE (differences are minor), and these 3 were one for 50 years as Yugoslavia, and Slovenia was in too :) and few more...
