nice 7b run, behind back penguins', 5b siteswap (notation?), and slide! how do you like cigar box's? i want to try that and rings soon.

they are really cool to juggle...and they are not that hard.I mean the stuff I do on the video was after a 2 hours of practise session.

Try getting you singles in clubs higher. That should help you relaxing while doing that pattern. Btw, the 3b trick at 0:41 was nice.
