Cobb was a fine back. As a tiger fan, this game really chapped my ass. The punt team and this play cost us the game and an outright SEC title in 89. The Vols earned a share of it with this win. I'd love to see both of us in the title game again in '09 for the best 2 out of 3 in SEC title games. I wish we still played UT every year. Great rivalry and fans on both sides.

This WAS a great rivalry. Now every time they play, the Vols shit their pants from the opening whistle. That 34-10 ass kicking in 2004 where the Vols fans all went home by the end of the first quarter. Tennessee giving up at Auburn in 2008 and punting in Auburn territory down by only 2 points late in the game. WTF was that? Hell, they quit this past season at Neyland after Auburn went up 6-0. Fulmer damn near killed the program these last several years. Glad they finally booted him.

LOL Yep Tennessee shouldve won that game in 08. Our offense was awful. 08 was an awful game really. It looks like AU and UT are recruiting their asses off no though. We'll both be back together in that title game soon I bet.
