Looks good. I used to make stuffed peppers similar to that. Last few times, though, I've gone the Southwestern style and used green chilis to give them kick. Anyway, thanks for making my mouth water a little.

@weeknightingale thanks! lots more of me cooking ... look for "chefbillcooks" on YouTube for the whole series. I had the leftovers for lunch and I would say that it turned out a bit saltier than I care for. But, worth doing again with less salt (or more meat for the same amount of salt.

Your recipe looks very interesting so I might adapt it slightly. Worcestershire Sauce isn't vege friendly so I'm looking at alternatives. Put that with some chunky chips and my mouth would be watering!!!!
