Actually... they're less. When KO1 and miniKP came out they were $200.00 each. They've come down in price over the years, of course.

@screaminkeys Yeah They're only about $110 now, which for all the stuff they do, Is an incredible bargain for an FX processor or a Synthesizer.. The new ones can be Pre-ordered now for about $160, and with features like being able to Externally record audio loops and integrate them in your beats and the SD card storage with MP3 playback, I feel more than make up for it.

Be warned! The Korg Mini-KP had the bad flaw of drastically lowering your output volume. If Korg (who ignored complaints) hasn't fixed this issue for the Mini-KP 2, there is NO REASON to buy it.

Korg should really sack the retarded monkey they have developing new kit. Nobody in their right mind want or use those friggin built in speakers! USELESS! Paired with inferior connectivity they're contiuously reducing fine ideas to toys!

Some of the new features are actually good ideas, but when they completely ignore the base concept defying the entire purpose, it is yet again just reduced to a toy clearly aimed at the <10 years crowd!

Its an amazing peice of kit but i basically is taking to whole skill out of DJ and music production making it to easy. Thus any idiot can use it, and be considered a "DJ".It just annoys me.

Too bad the KO2 is PCM based, from what I've read. If I'm wrong, which I'd like to be, please correct me. Seems like they're taking the features of the iKaossilator and trying to put it in hardware form. What I really want to see is a Kaossilator that isn't preset-based. I want a patch editor to make my own sounds! Despite all this, I still got butterflies of gear-lust watching this.

i cant explain why, but there are just so many subtle nuances about this guy that make me wish i could have seen a demon of these products by the guy in the other korg kopro and kp3. its like he had something planned when he was doing the demo, as if he owns them himself or something.. i cant put my finger on it but its just like he sorta knew more about the products and some slick ways to demonstrate their potential. no disrespect to the guy in this video though.
