Wow - this is similar to Celtic Shamanism, especially the part mentioned of "speaking through the heart" and "no set ritual - it's spontaneous". As I say, "always follow your intuition - it is your best guide in the Craft."

One question - do Traditional Witchcraft practitioners use colored cords for rank? I know Wiccans do (at least in covens) - we Shamans rarely do.

That term is not a common in Trad Craft.

nice video. but i'd like to point out something if i may?

i myself am i Wiccan and Witch, and not EVERY ritual or energy work is structured.

It depends more on the coven, or the solitary Witch.

i myself perffer the folk magic or to much structured work. even though i write down everything that i do, after im done.

well, i do have Book of Shadows, that i LOVE.even though its just a big black binder,but you feel the energy i put into.even people who don't do Witchcraft have walked in my room,and said they feel this great pull to my book(they don't know what kinda book)and i am only 15so i am currently Solitary and i think i will always be.
