The single most important promise that we should always take a stand on is that God said He would never abandon us or allow us to face more then we can handle.
He also promised us that He would be with us every step of the way along the road called “Life” but He never said that it would always be easy.
i play my G4 with a mac audio enhancement pgm through a modified kenwood 1100 u tube type rcvr and philips 8500 series phones and it sound just like the pipe organ in the church where i go! i could never use the 2 home made 18" cabinets where i live in this apt building, i'd knock the walls down!!! great playing!!!
Thank-You for posting this Hymn!! It made my evening. These old hymn do something for me that the new ones just cant. 19TH century or even older hymns seem to be the best.
I'm the Pastor of a Baptist Congregation in South Africa and love you music, however, would it be possible to play an intro as we are using your music during our surmons. Keep up to good WORK for the Kingdom of the Lord.
I'm listening now with headphones. Is this how it sounds if we'd be at your house when you're playing songs? WOW! I can definitely tell the difference!
Glad to hear you are using the Headphone's, I use Headphone's when I play so not to disturb my neighbors, I live in a Condo but he Organ has 6 Speakers and would sound like that if I turned them on.
Well, if you lived next to me in a Condo, you'd be more than welcome to disturb me at any time! Well..3 am may not be the best time due to me having to be to work at 6:30 am most mornings..hehe.
I'm going to have to record these songs for myself when I go to the gym:) Won't seem so long a time on the cardio machines when I have something decent to listen to:)
"Standing on the promises that cannot fail, When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail, By the living Word of God I shall prevail,Standing on the promises of God." What an amazing song, and what an amazing God we each have in our life, Praise him!
I wish the organist that played the organ at my church would play much faster than she already plays, she's been playing for almost five years and I think she'd already figure out to play fast, NOT slow on most all of the hymns, also, on the call to worship, which is The Lord is in His Holy Temple, she plays that too slow as well.

Brings back beautiful childhood memories of sunday morning services at our old Methodist church way back in the 1950's.

Try it and you will see why !
Big difference and you will hear the spatial separation, almost sounds like a Cathedral Organ with them.

This is an exellent song with powerful confessions. It reminds me my childhood days when we sang it in school. Its a great melody.
