Its all worth the upgrade! The camara is awesome video is spectacular, and most of all I just got mine yesterday and the battery life is awesome Its just a matter of patience and waiting for all the dumbasses to buy all the ones that just come out so that I can get my hands on one that wasn't a rushed product!

if you are in the usa and u qualify for upgrade it will cost u 199 for 16gb and 299 for for 32gb plus two yrs extension and i feel u on that camera issue though!!!...same price goes for new customer.

have you actually messed with an Iphone/Ipod touch....? I would get an iphone just for all the amazing things you can do with it - being able to talk on it would just be a bonus. (which basically what an Ipod Touch is, just an iphone without calling I believe)

- iPod Touch Does have bluetooth unlocked with the 3.0 software. - The 2nd gen Doe have an external speaker.

- You can buy headphones with a microphone and use them with a voice memo app most likely and also can use it as a phone on skype (with a wifi connection) if you want to get technical.
