My battlefield moment: my team has a tank pushing through the enemy's defenses a guy yelling PUSH! Snipers are shooting at us I shoot 1 and use my rocket on 1 I sneak on the last sniper and knife him my team gets the last flag and wins almost felt like a real war

My Battlefield moment: Killing the pilot of a heli as the gunner of a tank, seeing it fly over, and then hearing the satisfying explosion that earned me an additional 3 kills. After I took it out, all of our team rushed in and armed the last MCOM winning us the match.

Out of bullets support class vs. tank. Ran up right in it's tank face, planted all my C4 and took off like a bat outta hell. That was the most satisfying explosion ever :) I love this game

My Battlefield Moment: Flying a jet for the first time on Caspian Border, getting shot up, than bailing out about 1000 feet in the air, pulling my parachute, and landing perfectly at a Conquest objective.
here is my battlefield moment on siane crossing the main bridge me the only US soldier RU tank on one side RU infantry on the other it was rush my team had fallen back no escape apart it was a bridge over water so i thought egh i better get out of here tank shell past my head one bullet to the body i was like FUCK jumped over the wall into the river and got away
@Pomporete if you already have a cod game then you really aren't missing anything if you don't buy mw3. its really pretty much the same as mw2 with like a couple new things that arent that great. believe me bf3 is a better buy because it feels like a new game. don't get me wrong it is NOT easy. at first you will suck and that's ok. over a couple days of frustration the bits of success you encounter here and there will inspire you. that was my experience. hopefully yours will be better
I liked the more realistic approach of the single player, but it did have moments where I felt like "eh, this seems too action movie-y" which took me out of the experience. I also felt that the single player had too much quick time events than it should.
@Spanishboy619 Maybe, but the story is still in there, an it would be unprofessional of them to just disregard because Battlefield was once a multiplayer only game. It's like reviewing pizza that has one bad topping, and completely disregarding it because the restaurant didn't use it before.
@zooksmz did you even play it? I'd rather get the BF3 graphics with 30 frames per second than a shooter with 60 fps but worse graphics. (I'm only mentioning graphics because it's very hard to maintain 60 fps with this kind of graphics) And idk about you, but I can't even tell the difference between 60 and 30 fps.

You cant bind buttons in cod, the story is scripted as well and there are also "cheap" deaths in the campaign, which is much shorter in playtime. Yet it doesnt get penalized for any of those things, and bf does.. Smh.. Tbh none of those things bother me, this games a 10

The thing i hate about this game is that the main system that they made it for was the PC, (no offense to PC gamers, and i know that BF 2 was a PC game) but i am not a PC gamer. If they would of made it from the ground up for the 360 and PS3 or at least had more than 24 players maximum for the console versions, then it probably would've gotten a better score. I heard that the console versions don't even run at 60 FPS. Although i really haven't had a problem while playing it on 360.
@Scoffman5150 i see what you mean but the PC is a much more powerful system. In order to get the best quality graphics engine you simply HAVE to make the game for PC. If you port a console game to a PC version it is just a waste of the PCs resources.
I'm not a fanboy and not trying to be a hater, but BF3 totally trumps MW3 in terms of how the game evolved. BF3 made leaps in graphics & gameplay, whereas MW3 just feels like an expansion pack of MW2 that has new maps/new guns/new perks but still the same feel of gameplay. Never trust big-time game reviewers like IGN, they're paid extra by Activision to cater to Call of Duty just like every other game products brand that makes a "Call of Duty" edition of everything.
MW3 has a better single player, and better Coop. with MORE content overall. I understand why some people prefer the BF style, but when it comes down to it MW3 does have more content. Sorry BF fanboys.. go cry about it

I loved battlefield bad company 2. hate bf3. the multiplayer took such a twist away from what worked thats its almost unrecognizable. they fixed what were problems in BC2 and then messed up everything else.the campaign was too much like call of duty. They were in such a rush to beat call of duty and that they were gonna be the cod killer that they tripped and fell chasing after what they should have been avoiding.
You can't bind individual buttons in CoD either, yet they take it off here? What if I decide I want to play CoD for the first time, and I've only played BF games before, I would have to relearn my playing style too. Limited controller layouts isn't a down, it's just Machinima being bitchy.
And if you don't want a scripted, directional game, get an RPG, not a first person shooter. You'll find that even CoD is heavily scripted. Probably more so than Battlefield.

This looks fun and realistic but its not as cool shooting little black dots from far away. In MW3 its not as realistic but you're up close running around like Rambo and its just more fun that way.

@truespeed13 Black Ops is literally the worst example of what makes COD fun. The Modern Warfare series is the only thing people should be comparing anything to. I believe that Modern Warfare 3 is the best game ever made by anyone. There isn't one thing in the game that i would change.

@truespeed13 If nothing else, let a few other companies make CODs for a few years. Give IW 3-4 years to make literally "Call of Duty"..... no other name involved. They could update the sound, graphics, gameplay, and do what it is IW does best to create the COD that put s the rest of the FPS community to shame. But they won't. Activision would have to get mediocre games for 3 years, and that may hurt their precious sales.

The thing i hate about this game is that the main system that they made it for was the PC, (no offense to PC gamers, and i know that BF 2 was a PC game) but i am not a PC gamer. If they would of made it from the ground up for the 360 and PS3 or at least had more than 24 players maximum for the console versions, then it probably would've gotten a better score. I heard that the console versions don't even run at 60 FPS. Although i really haven't had a problem while playing it on 360.

I'm not a fanboy and not trying to be a hater, but BF3 totally trumps MW3 in terms of how the game evolved. BF3 made leaps in graphics & gameplay, whereas MW3 just feels like an expansion pack of MW2 that has new maps/new guns/new perks but still the same feel of gameplay. Never trust big-time game reviewers like IGN, they're paid extra by Activision to cater to Call of Duty just like every other game products brand that makes a "Call of Duty" edition of everything.

MW3 has a better single player, and better Coop. with MORE content overall. I understand why some people prefer the BF style, but when it comes down to it MW3 does have more content. Sorry BF fanboys.. go cry about it

I loved battlefield bad company 2. hate bf3. the multiplayer took such a twist away from what worked thats its almost unrecognizable. they fixed what were problems in BC2 and then messed up everything else.the campaign was too much like call of duty. They were in such a rush to beat call of duty and that they were gonna be the cod killer that they tripped and fell chasing after what they should have been avoiding.

You can't bind individual buttons in CoD either, yet they take it off here? What if I decide I want to play CoD for the first time, and I've only played BF games before, I would have to relearn my playing style too. Limited controller layouts isn't a down, it's just Machinima being bitchy.
And if you don't want a scripted, directional game, get an RPG, not a first person shooter. You'll find that even CoD is heavily scripted. Probably more so than Battlefield.
