I'm sure you have heard it all before, but that is a sun spider or a camel spider, not just any regular spider ;D I love them, nasty lil things, but I love them. And the scorpion is very pretty looking :D

If the camal spider can get the jump and a good angle on the scorpion, it can win. However, in a face to face duel, its just easy for the scorpion to lock up and use its tail to deliver the venom. Then the only problem after that for the scorpion is holding the camal spider off until it dies.
